Secondary Concentration
Concentrated brine from Stage 1 routes to secondary concentrators at higher temperatures and pressures, further reducing volume while maintaining energy efficiency through heat recovery.pecially formulated Algal consortium is added to enrich the liquid.
Final Concentration
Remaining concentrate undergoes final-stage evaporation in specialized high-concentration units designed for extremely viscous, high-TDS streams and ensuring the nutrients are maintained. At this stage, Liquid Leachate Fertilizer is obtained.
